Breakfast was good, but it had been mostly one and the same through whole stay Room was comfortable, big enough, with a terrace toward the ocean. Pools both external and internal were clean and well maintained, but probably I had an allergy to one of the chemicals used to keep it clean, so reduced stay at certain moment. Gaming room with many games available from reception ... we used it when the weather was not good.

The buffet breakfast was very good and included with the room cost. You could also have a buffet dinner for a very reasonable price which included drinks. The two pools (one indoor, one outdoor) were nice and reasonably clean. Overall, the staff were very friendly.

Room: big, clean and comfortable. Pool and spa facility: very good. Great position. The staff was kind and helpful and gave us great recommendation for restaurants and places to visit.

We stayed in a hotel for 3 nights, since we had tours booked everyday to discover island, did not spend so much time there. But the room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. For breakfast it had hot and cold Swedish tables also fruits, some pastry, cereal and yoghurt for sweet tooth. We used inside pool facility, the only inconvenience, I could not find changing rooms (it might be there, but I just couldn't see it and never enquired). Also they have souna facilities which they would get it ready with 30mins notice, so quite energy sustainable hotel. Also, staff was very friendly to keep our luggage for a day after we checked out and went on a tour.

Hotel is centrally located with very spacious and clean rooms. Towels are plush and soft. Ro ea and slippers provided. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas (which were very handy in the cold weather) and delicious food. Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to stay there

Perfect localization with free parking spots. The hotel is in walk distance from the city center and Ponta Delgada’s attractions. Breakfast buffet contains different kind of food, included gluten free or lactose free products. Stuff is very helpful and friendly.

The facilities are very nice. The staff offered us in the last day lunchboxes to go because we missed the breakfast and also a pleasant surprise for my wife's birthday. They helped us renting a car and with transport to airport.

We chose this hotel because of the included breakfast, the facilities, size of the room and the panoramic view of the ocean. Our expectations were fulfilled almost 100%. The room (and bathroom) was large, with big comfortable bed, fridge and terrace. The view is really amazing, especially on a sunny day. The room was cleaned every day, and we were very happy with the service. The sauna, jacuzzi and the inside pool were a nice option to relax after long walks. Also, parking is free, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the port, a big shopping mall and a walking distance from most of the town’s restaurants.
